| Parko Hotel is in the center of Parikia town, the capital of Paros Island, in Cyclades Greece. The main port with connections to other islands and the mainland is a few steps away; you can actually hear the boat sounding her foghorn and still have plenty of time to get in! The central bus station and taxi stop is about 70m. away. There are bus schedules to all parts of the island throughout the year - and more frequent in the summer. In July & August buses run all night long between Parikia and the busy town of Naousa. Just across the street from the hotel, there are small boats that take you to the ample sandy beaches of Marcello & Krios across the bay (a fast alternative to the 30min. walking path), and also summer boats to Antiparos Island (a 30min. crossing). The main market street and all seaside restaurants, cafés and bars are all along the seaside roads. In about 5 min. you can reach the central beach of Livadia with a beach volley court and the local Nautical Club a bit further away.
